Karina Awidat
Yoga Teacher | Women’s Retreat Facilitator
Founder of the Temple of Love
“Every saint has a past and every sinner has a future”

I believe that the one true reason we live is Love.
And Kindness is the Bridge that leads to it.

My name is Karina Awidat.
I was born in Israel, of Arabic and Ukrainian descent.
I speak three languages: Russian, Ukrainian and English. I hold a degree in Psychology.
I am a certified Yoga Teacher (based in the Iyengar method) and a practitioner of Vedic Astrology.
My path in Body and Spirit
I have been on the Yoga path for over eight years and for the last five years I’ve been teaching professionally.
I guide group and private sessions in California, Hawaii and Online for people around the World.
My work is rooted in Body awareness, Breath, inner Presence and connection with Nature.

For the past four years I’ve also been deeply involved in Women’s Practices: I participate in and Facilitate Retreats from three day gatherings in Joshua Tree to five day immersions in Hawaii.

These spaces are dedicated to returning to oneself to the Body, the Spirit and the Earth.

We explore the philosophy of the Vedas and Buddhism, Feminine Nature and the Energy of Prayer. A woman is nourished through friendship, nature and prayer. Everything else is service.

I studied Bioenergetics for a year: the etheric body,
the Aura, geopathic zones and healing through touch.

Today I live on the island of O‘ahu, Hawaii and continue to Guide Yoga practices and Women’s Gatherings.
The Temple of Love
In 2020 I founded the the Temple of Love
a space of Love, Unity and Awareness.

The Temple of Love Team brings together musicians, healers, yogis breathwork practitioners and etc to create temporary temples and rest zones at large-scale music events. The project has already supported more than 5,000 people.

We’ve built temples in collaboration with Deseract and AuthenticA, as well as at Burning Man 2021 where our Temple became a true oasis for all desert travelers.

In 2024 we also built a camp at Burning Man for 50 people. It became one of the most expansive and vibrant manifestations of my vision and we met many Soul Family Members and people from the same Tribe.
The Vedas and the path of Knowledge
I had the opportunity to live in a Krishna Temple.

That experience became a Spiritual School for me.
I studied the Bhagavad Gita, Mahabharata, Vedic astrology and many sacred texts through which I was guided to the Vedic tradition.

For me the Vedas are not a religion - they are a body of knowledge that requires personal exploration, practice and deep inner Experience. They open the path of freedom where each person chooses how to apply this wisdom.

I continue to grow in this direction deepening my understanding and sharing what I live through from within.
The path to the Center
Everything I share retreats lectures practice leads to one point - the Center
The Center is what remains when everything else falls away. It’s not a project or a system it’s a path I walk and invite others to walk too.

People often call me Saturanka this is my presence in the space of Knowledge. I share my thoughts and insights on YouTube and Telegram Channel where I speak about the Vedas, the Path, Discipline and inner Steadiness.

My women’s retreats are called Amazonian, because we cultivate the strength of spirit, wild nature and inner connection with Self.

We don’t come to heal we come to strengthen.

Each person is already powerful, thanks to the journey they’ve lived. And when we gather in my field, under my guidance, we center, strengthen, expand, and multiply our experience bringing it into the state of sattva, into the clarity of goodness and balance.

Everything I do leads toward the Center
so that even in the most difficult moments, a person can remain whole, steady and free.

So buckle up and trust yourself

and the Universe through each of us flows the energy of the Creator.

And together we say:

“I am the creator of my reality, for the benefit of myself and the world.”

Namaste
